La Nénette®, designed in 1947 by Henri Michaud in Villeurbanne, is a heritage and traditional product, a real icon of the car cleaning market.

It is the designer Philippe Charbonneaux, one of the fathers of the Renault 8, who is owed credit for the redesign of its handle in 1959.

In 2013, Compagnie du Midi took over its manufacturing and has revitalised it: updated ergonomic design and additional Nénette® products, an ideal package which keeps our cars shining and polished.

Since its transfer to Carros, in Alpes-Maritimes, the production of La Nénette® has been carried out in an artisanal manner, with the work done by hand using weaving looms, followed by the assembly by our sewers.

La Nénette, an essential car polisher

La Nénette® is a cotton brush mounted on a red plastic handle.

Its cotton fringes are soaked in Nénétol®, a polishing liquid. A real dust swallower, it also polishes the body and dashboard of the car, without dirtying your hands.
